隔天报纸：一辆摩托车因刹车失灵撞进一栋大厦。两人中只有一位侥幸存活。

其实，男孩在行驶时已经发觉他的刹车失灵了，但是他不希望女孩担心。于是，他要求女孩说我爱你和给他最后的拥抱，还叫她戴着自己的头盔，尽管他知道这样他会死。

Assuming he is doing 100kph on the road, he must had been riding on the freeway... But he crashed into a building? People riding 100kph on the freeway with malfunctioning brakes don't crash into buildings. Doing 100kph on normal roads on a motorcycle is PURE suicide.

Secondly, the girl is not going to feel any lucky having her BF killed and she surviving the accident. This lead to my eventual point that, in a relationship, decisions are to be discussed, not made based on one side's judgement. The guy should at least discuss with his GF on how to stop the bike, instead of making harsh decisions and unnecessary sacrifices.

This message is such a MCP male-chauvinist-pig message. All girlfriends panic easily when things go out of control. Yeapz! It is projecting that image of girls... 但是他不希望女孩担心 OK then, the story tells us that, man should hide all problems in a relationship, discussing with your partner is a no-no.

There was only one helmet in the short story. Now, why the hell is the guy doing so fast on his bike, when he knew that one of them wasn't wearing a helmet? Ignorance killed this guy, not the brake failure.

One last thing. The guy was stupid enough to make decisions without asking his GF about crashing the bike. Even with a helmet, his GF could have died from a broken neck, or other injuries. Somehow, she survived the crash (story mah....)
