HTAR Shooting

People were shooting in HTAR today, not guns however. It was a for a Malay Telemovie (?) about a nurse's diary (?)

I saw the camera van and the lightning stuff plus the long microphone, before I entered the lift. Well, there was a nurse in heavy make-up, with thick face-powder(?) and fake(?) eyelashes standing at the corner... My friends Hasyim and Shahir were talking to her...

I caught bits of their conversation, including a 'O&G' nurse. Oh so she's from the O&G department, selected for the role, I guessed, and so I asked her, 'So you're the main....?'

She replied, 'Yes I am the main actor' ; (or something like that)

I was forming another question in my mind but somehow I couldn't finish it in a nice sentence. It hung, 'So how do they choose the nurses for this role? You all went through an audition?' So I kept my mouth shut while the nurse asked us about our business in Klang. I was somehow blurr at that time, wouldn't every nurse in HTAR knows that UM students are doing their postings in Klang?

After we all got out at the same floor, I asked Hasyim, 'Was that a O&G nurse? Wow! She's selected for a role in a series?'

Hasyim's reply, to my uttermost astonishment and embarrassment, was, 'OH SHE IS AN ACTRESS!! She did the newer Sunsilk advertisement stuff!'

Luckily I didn't pop the audition thing in the lift... I haven't been watching TV for months now, hahahaha! I can't even recognise a local artist!

AHAHAA I put it this way, SO LAK SIE!! I THOUGHT SHE'S A NURSE ALL THE WHILE!!
OMGGGG LAME ME!!!!

Well I can recognise Robbie or Gwen or Jolie anytime I think... I think... I hope that I will not be that blurr if I do have the chance to meet them... WAHAHAHA!!! The first thing out of my mouth would be, 'Can I have a photo with you?? PLEASE???'

Lame People

I've just watched 300 a week ago, and interestingly, I found myself wiki-ing and google-ing for the Spartans and the Persians... However, what I found out killed my awe for the movie...

Xerces in the movie, as a Persian, was

Needless to say, the more 'human' looking is the Greek hero, whereas the 'kuai-lan' one is Xerces, a Persian!

Found this on Wiki, he's got a beard, and wears a proper Arabian cloak, minus those bling-blings.

Now I am impressed by 'The Immortals'. They, supposedly was the kind of elite royal guard. As a result I checked them out too! The findings;

Movie Immortals; Hey I'm a double sword! I was trained in the art of the ninja! I was involved in many big battles, and enjoyed banging my short ranged swords on people's heavy shields! I can defeat pikers with my swords!

Wall painting; Heh we're the royal guards. We used spears, swords, daggers, bows, and we wear nice heavy armour!

Well the pictures speak for themselves. The western heroes are human, the eastern invading side is something darker than human, some unspeakable terror from the unknown, who dress in some weird fashion, prefers blings to cloaks, and have massive orgies every other night to please the western informants!

Now now now let's not spoil the movie, it's actually quite nice, the golden hue and sometimes the dark bluish setting. This scene impressed me the most!

My men, we can't fight mother nature! Now then, not now, certainly very unlikely in the future...

Lonely

Lame weekend... First, we were knocked out in the semi finals of the Medsoc DoTA competition, due to some cheap/dirty tricks...

Then, my dear went to Malacca. As a result of this misfortune, I got acute insomia now. So here I am blogging nonsense and listening to 'How Can You Mend a Broken Heart'

Yah my heart's broken...

7pm? What's 7pm to me? I gotta be back in Klang by 6.30pm... What's your 7pm to me????

You should had chosen come back in the morning when you were given the choice. Don't expect me to wait till the evening, I got my obligations too..........
