Years ago, Jian You, an old friend of mine visited and, during our chat, mentioned some anime featuring babes with huge boobs. He told me that, upon opening his friends' room in Malacca, where he studied, his friend immediately invited him to join in watching the series. He took only one look, ONE LOOK, and bailed. The reason is 'those boobs are from the unreal world and it disgusted him' So we went online and searched high and low for that anime, and found it. True enough, I can remember till now a girl standing near the back of the group in the poster have bossoms the size of, basketballs.
Yesterday I was playing DOTA while Chelsia was watching anime and this question arises again. I said I prefer watching TiFA than Naruto --- I only know TiFA have some liap-4. She says that huge boobs disgusted her as well but suddenly I realized that the characters in the JianYou-shown-anime have bigger cup size than TiFA. But I just couldn't remember the name of the series.
Luckily, I met Jian You today in MSN. He had good memories. 'Eiken' he said is the name. And so I went online and searched, and true enough! Eiken!

It is such a pity for this Malaysia country. I don't know why politicians have to extend their hands to influence the acceptance/appeal of university admission. That means if you find the right politicians, you will have a better chance of getting accepted.
I strongly believed that politicians should let the education ministry do its own job. The politicians should go ahead to set the criteria in accepting students so that there will be no more complaints.
How can improvements be made if the main ideas were to imitate without substance and to deceive with pride, prejudice and without merits!
We go through the same cycle every year. Ours is the only country in the world where taxes paid by the minorities are used almost exclusively to financially support the majority.
It is shameful and criminal. Undeserving people are given priority over more deserving ones. Even people under communist governments are treated better.
How long are we going to tolerate this situation? Until there is nothing left in the kitty? It is so despairing and we cannot even see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel yet. I cry for our country.
The whole system is rotten. Just plain rotten to the core. Always in need of repairs. That is about it. Don't make the university admission exercise an annual tombola.
An engineering graduate of UTM recently went for a job interview in Singapore. He was told that the company does not recognize Malaysia degrees but would accept his degree as an equivalent to a diploma!
Are our children fighting to get worthless local degrees? We have problems in all levels of government, in all ministries and universities, because malays decide on the interests of non-malays. Surely there is a tendency to lean towards its own kind.
When non-malay interests are decided by malays, they tend to be antagonistic towards us. Let us look at the whole system which is the cause of this discrimination. Helping some students get scholarships does not make any difference to improve anything.
I don't think the government care about brain drain. They are comfortable and happy with cheap and uneducated illegal/legal immigrants to work in construction, factory and plantation, jobs locals do not want to do.
Even in toilet cleaning, we Malaysia lose out to others, let alone higher education. In order to upgrade the cleaners in the service industry, the Singapore government invited the top cleaning professionals from the Japan Toilet Cleaning Institute to coach the 50 Singapore cleaners how to clean toilets.
These professionals used advanced cleaning gadgets, techniques to demonstrate how to clean toilets and keep them clean. The Japanese people are very particular about the cleanliness of their public toilets. A Japanese toilet cleaner gets four times the pay of their Singapore counterparts.
Let us calling a spade a spade, and not fooling ourselves by a 'Semuanya ok' attitude. Just have a look at most of our Malaysia ministers behaviors in our parliament, and you know that they could not equate to the toilets cleaners in terms of the ability in their own field as in Singapore.

I too was fortunate enough to have a father who was farsighted enough to send me off to Singapore to be educated, some 10 years ago. Just like him, I will also send my children to Singapore one day, as I believe that their education system is far more superior compared to Malaysia, and to prepare them to face the future challenges in this competitive world.
It is not the race factor that makes Singapore what it is today. It is the system. Singapore is very wise and very careful never to mix religion/race with politics. Anyone irrespective of the race gets severe punishment if involved in religious or racial slur.
Their work ethics and accountability of every civil servant and their leaderships/heads based on merit rather than skin is so glaringly obvious. In Malaysia we are exactly the opposite in almost any area one can think of.
I really doubt many Singapore malays would like to move to Malaysia which obviously the Malaysia government would be too happy to grab them. Yet this is never an issue. It is not happening. Why?
This same goes to the Singapore Chinese. The Chinese there are more advanced than the Chinese here in Malaysia.
As a Chinese, I have to admit it and I really hope Chinese in Malaysia to start opening their eyes and learn the lessons to be more outward looking, improve themselves like learning more English and not dream that the next decade is easy going or get frustrated by the NEP.
We should first start by inculcate into our children from now on these values. There will be difficult times ahead and unless Chinese they make themselves competitive now, Malaysian Chinese will fall behind and be history.
Just like the NEP cannot bring an entire community to overcome their economic weakness overnight, so is the Chinese need to forge ahead to remain competitive cannot be achieved overnight. Start the ball rolling now.
To this end, I ask all Chinese leaders to lead and there are opportunities beyond the shores of Malaysia. We have to help ourselves because no one will.
If you are to make too much money in Malaysia, how the heavens can the malays catch up and give up NEP when the percentage of their economic cake will remain the same or stagnent?
So the solution for Malaysia is to increase the malays national wealth and the non-malays to increase their wealth globally - and keep it there. Right? This is open for dispute.
It is cool, Singapore malays achieved such feat because of the system, but the system was helped tremendously by the fact that there is no race issue.
I have friends in Singapore who are malays and they never consider themselves as malays. They always call themselves Singaporeans, something a country like Malaysia will never be able to achieve with the malays having the ketuanan attitude.
If only we have more people like a farsighted malay, Malaysia would be as progressive as Singapore. In fact with all our natural resources we could even be better than Singapore.
Our government is wasting money on subsidy to the malays when it should be teaching them to be independent. That is why today we see a lot of malay children too lazy to work and spend most of their time on drugs and become mat dull.

There is plenty that I do not agree with the Singaporeans, their "one party state" for example, and their serious curbs on freedom of speech. But there is also plenty that we can learn from the good points of other nations as well, may it be the US, UK, Australia, even China.
But the underlying issue here is that a system based on mutual respect, meritocracy and equality works. Singaporeans have reach great heights in the international scene despite being very limited land, natural resource poor and limited population.
Yet their formula is a good example of a system that works. Every person benefits if they are willing to work hard and aim high.
Or would you rather Malaysians stay ignorant. "See no evil, say no evil, and hear no evil." Think about it……….
The original concept of NEP is laudable, but along the way it has been politicised by Umno aspirants. Yes, Tun Razak spelt out it was not to rob A to pay B. The formula was to expand the economic cake.
From what I see there is no sincerity among the malay leadership to uplift the malay masses. To deflect this discrepancy, non-malays are always used as the scapegoat and tarred as a threat to malay interests.
Malaysia needs malays to be successful. But why the great divide within the malay community in terms of income parity after close to 40 years of NEP?
You blame the implementation instead of the policy. But who are the implementers? Not the non-malays by any stretch of imagination. It is all your corrupt leaders robbing you all blind in the name of Ketuanan Melayu.

All these issues that have plagued our Malaysia institutions of higher learning are purely a result of political interference and nothing else.
Look at universities around the region or even private institutions in the country where both students and staff are very focused on the sharing and learning process. Interaction comes naturally both inside and outside campus not only amongst students but staff as well.
As I posted, it would be interesting if the government can pick just one university in the country, staff it with the best professors and lecturers in the region and accept students who are not only academically excellent but good in other areas like sports, leadership skills, creativeness, etc. And strictly no political interferences and appointments.
I have no doubt that in no time such a university will make a name for the country. The question is - would the government have such foresight and courage to initiate such a project? I don't think so.
No surprise we have a stupid ass as a minister of higher education. Read what Dr Mahathir has to say about Hamid: "I have picked a foreign minister who does not know how to read letters." We have another donkey as foreign minister! No wonder our cabinet is like a zoo!

This bunch of crooks last time need Mahathir to write, read and listen for them. Now without Mahathir master of all tongkat, they have no one to rely. Upfront Pak Lah already told them to write, read and listen by themselves, if not he will punish them.
This ethnic relations course is nothing more than crap. How can it be meaningful and credible when you have race-based parties like Umno, MIC and MCA operating in our midst.
This is similar to the National Service programme. So now all the youths are required to attend NS for the sake of national harmony. After the NS, all will return to their race-based pigeonholes waiting to exploit by race-based political parties.
And with that goes our RM500 million investment in the project. Dismantle these parties and maybe, maybe we will still have hope yet of a truly united nation without the hang-ups of race and religion.
In the 1950s and 1960s, I would say we were more integrated. The 1970s, we were just accepting one another and now the 1990s and 2000s, we are tolerating one another. We are digressing not progressing!

For your information, a large pool of overseas talents and professionals are from Malaysia or were once Malaysians. I even have a fellow PhD colleague pioneering technologies for NASA at MIT, just because they gave him a scholarship. He was rejected straight away by UM of course.
At least in overseas, talents are valued, appreciated, and given a fair go as opposed to the semi-oppressive and exploitative nature of NEP (and its spin offs).

History teach us that the first inhabitant of Malaysia came from China Yunan. The malay originated from the Polynesia. Malay history start from Parameswara who escape from Indonesia and settle in Melaka. During his time, Laksamana Cheng Ho visit Melaka seven times.

Our constitution does not say we are a secular state. But by the same token, nowhere does it say we are an Islamic state either.
A country can be Islamic but yet remain secular in government. Turkey, Egypt and Algeria are prime examples. As long as the constitution remains the supreme law of the land, we are an Islamic country but a secular state.
All these are really non-issues as long as everybody sticks to the original game plan.
Look at it one way, it seems like they want to keep the NEP because they are taking advantage of perks and curbs, keep the Umno linked filthy rich.
First of all, the NEP has no goodwill towards the non-malays. They think that the non-malays are rich and can afford to run overseas because of the drought of local university places available?
This is another fallacy. Truth is a lot of the non-malay parents have to work their asses off, keeping a small unit family, just to use all their savings to finance education overseas because local opportunities are not forthcoming and not available.
Malaysia lose a lot of talents in such a way, especially when the NEP has indeed made certain non-malays very competitive on the global scale. For these people having been successful overseas and given a fair go at the opportunities, they will think twice to come home to adversity in Malaysia.
And that is a fact. Do you know that we lose almost 80% of our local talents to the US, UK and Australia every year! Go check the emigration records. Do you know that the Malaysia contingent is the largest oversea students in Australia, and almost 100% that succeeds takes up Australia PR and citizenship?
That is exactly the formula used by many progressive countries including the US, UK, Australia, even China.
These countries have policies that stress both the affirmative action to aid the poor and complement it with an emphasis on high standards, including robbing other countries of their human capital by enticements such as international scholarships.
So I can't understand why it is not palatable or applicable to the malays! Why lay back when you have the world as a challenge.
The failure of the various Malaysia communities to integrate is not because there is no common language, but the ill will festered by the outmoded communal politics that Umno Youth seems want to perpetuate, the NEP, and the lack of Malaysia kinship (e.g. one race want to be tuan).
It is only nature that human beings and animals learn more from failure than success. So, be prepared for a soul cleansing in the next 10-20 years in Malaysia.
Yes, the one common denominator is that they are all not Muslim countries. Even among Muslim countries, the less that Islamization is the focus of national existence, the better off the society from a social, political and economic standpoint.
That is why Turkey used to be relatively better off in various aspects compared to other Muslim countries but this has been starting to change recently.

We agree that it is difficult to manage a multiracial country like Malaysia with its diverse religions and races. It is also obvious from the discussion that the current political and economic model has failed us, particularly with regards to racial integration.
We are heading towards a crisis. We need to have a paradigm shift in our socio-economic model. Otherwise the omens look bad.

I still feel that mixing religion with politics is not wise - for we can see around the world almost everywhere trouble spots are based on religious differences and in countries where religion is part of politics. That is the reason why Malaysia although a Muslim country should remain secular.

The so-called affirmative action in Malaysia as set out by the government is a form of racism in disguise. I remember my first taste of so-called affirmative action when buying houses. There is this popular housing estate in the Klang valley.
After the malays signed the sales and purchase agreement from the developer, I saw a few of them selling the houses to non-malays. You see, malays get 7% discount - so if he sells the house off at the normal price to non-malays, the malays would earn 7%. It is easy money for them, don't you think!
For shares there, when company go public listed, mostly a big chair will be reserved to "selected bumi investors" but who are they? And the most ironically, they sell it immediately after the company go public listed and they made quick money just like that.........who? Those cronies…….

EVERYTHING IN MALAYSIA IS ABOUT RACISM. IT IS APPROVED SANCTIONED GOVERNMENT SOFT APARTHIED SYSTEM and the citizens have been systematically brainwashed to accept it.
I wish to point out that the Orang Asli, not the malays, are the original inhabitants of Malaysia. Most of the malay Malaysians came from Sumatra and other parts of Indonesia. They only migrated here much earlier than the Chinese and Indian Malaysians. It does not mean they deserve privileges or rights just because they were the pioneer immigrants.
It is true that there have been abuses under the name of malay special rights and it is the duty of the malays in particular, and all Malaysians in general, to stop it so that the rightful malays get their rights, and the non-malays get their rights as citizens of this country.
It is a sad thing to say, but I do believe the main thing that is holding back malays is not the Chinese or the Indians, but the malays themselves. That is why Mahathir and Pak Lah have been quoted as telling to throw away crutches and work hard to face the challenges of globalisation.
The malay and others of the same mind should learn to stand on their own feet rather than claim for special privileges and rights. The world is becoming globalised and if they don't change their attitude, they will only become beggars in their own country.
As for the malays who insist on hiding behind the veil of malay special rights - you have lost the respect of non-malays a long time ago.
We also suspect that the current situation will, unfortunately, get worse if no action is taken now. Why? Because our kids in school hardly mix with each other. They will grow up with little understanding of their fellow Malaysians, and with the suspicions that exist, it will be worse.
The truth of the matter is that polarisation in Malaysia is caused by the discriminatory practises of the government - especially after the NEP - rather than vernacular education.
The NEP is upheld for the rich and not the poor in Malaysia.
Whether we admit it or not, the problem is that the special rights and privileges given have now resulted in only a selected few bumis getting richer and richer. The bulk of the bumis, especially in the rural areas are not benefiting from the system.
Poor people are poor people, rich people are rich people - no matter which race they come from.
The poor in Malaysia must be served but I am sure all taxpayers feel that this should be done in a manner which is blind to age, ethnicity, gender and religion.
What is wrong with extending help to all deserving citizens based on merits and needs regardless of race?

Out of control - this is all I can say about any type of enforcement and the level of corruption in Malaysia. No idea what Pak Lah has done in his first year in office but judging from the ground, I guess nothing much.

Official figures have more than one million Chinese Malaysians emigrating over the past 25 years. Why did they emigrate? I am sure the government knows.
For most professionals, living abroad has its own ups and downs. But, you get dignity, fair treatment, and respect for your ability. You get a voice, too. And ears to hear you.
Brain drain by the tank-loads is what we get. Every single year, Malaysia loses people who could potentially contribute to the country immensely.
So the malay, you may keep your rights and perpetuate them. Such things are archaic. Who loses in the end? Your country, which should have been a first world one by today.
I sympathize with those that have benefited from the NEP, but the bad news is that the price he pays for his progress is much higher than what he pays for his benefit.
These special privileges and rights were once a necessity for them to move forward. Today, after many decades, they find themselves still standing in the same place.
It is a shame that our history has been constantly twisted so that our younger generation has no understanding of Malaysia's foundation and its true aspirations.
It is arguable that if not for the contributions of the Chinese and Indian Malaysians who helped in the development of this country tremendously, Malaysia would probably be in same category like Indonesia or the Philippines, if not worst.
To improve the malays lot, more have to be made to work in private companies where competition is real and what counts is your ability. If special rights only help malays to become government servants, then all the more reason not to invoke special rights.
But of course, the present ruling elite drunken with wealth, will continue to fight this dream to ensure that Malaysia is kept divided so that BN can continue to rule.
Alternatively, Malaysians may begin to realise the dream of a new Malaysia.
The bitter truth is that the majority of this nation don't see the need to change things yet and until then, we can do little about it.
The bottom line with present day globalisation is this: compete on a level-playing field or you will lose. Plain and simple.

They sit in parliament to make laws, head ministries who they themselves have no confident in, fail to raise it above level and send their own children to overseas because they know, the quality of education in Malaysia is not good.
First, Malaysians……….you have been cheated by BN politicians and second, Malaysians……….the BN leaders sucked you, they use your tax money to finance their children overseas but your children have been neglected…………double fools.
Have commented that malays including intellectuals want non-meritocracy and NEP to stay or implemented. Even malay intellectuals distrust feelings against multiracial parties even though they are against Umno.
They believe that only Umno can protect malay rights. Therefore it is imperative that non-malays vote opposition to change the present system otherwise non-malays will continue to send their children overseas for education because they have no choice, whilst malay politicians and wealthy ones will continue to send their children overseas because the education standard here is low.

MAS case is only the tip of the iceberg. The whole country administration machinery, privatized or not privatized, is governed by a bunch of incompetents.
We can't trust our schools and universities as the BN leaders also send their children overseas to study, as they themselves also can't trust the education system.
In case of sickness, our BN leaders also rush to Singapore or overseas to seek treatments, as they themselves also can't trust our own medical system. The only thing we can hear is the boastfulness everywhere in this Bolehland.
If we correct from our mistakes we are still men. But the trouble is that we keep on repeating mistakes, and instead of correcting, we keep on fining excuses.
Worst still we want to imagine that we are great, sending astronaut to the space using other people's spaceship.
In the end, the money come from the taxpayers again to fund these losses while the political leaders and top management get away with huge pay packages, and to make matters worst, they will just run away with it.

Yes! Malaysia is having the one of the largest cabinet in terms of ratio to population size in the world.
The ranking performance of each ministry, minister, deputy minister etc, should be published in local media and forwarded to the prime minister for the public, and prime minister post mortem.
The criteria of evaluation should also be exposed to the relevant persons so that they know what is being evaluated and make it easier for them to get better.
Even better, if the criteria are benchmarked with advanced countries such as Japan, Korea, Singapore, UK, USA etc, according to its relevance.
Furthermore, the evaluation can include indicators such as top 5 performing ministries, ministers, and deputy ministers, worst 5 performing ministries, ministers, and deputy ministers.
Once you start this big government syndrome, you just can't revert back to small government. Everyone is enjoying the gravy train ride and you just can't get them off without adverse repercussions. And Pak Lah as the train driver cum conductor doesn't have the guts and courage to boot them off.
A decade ago, 800000 civil servants were considered too many and there was a temporary freeze in recruitment. But now, even with the IT revolution, we have more than 1.2 million civil servants.
You can see many of them loitering around aimlessly when you visit any government office. And the government has to give them all incentives and annual bonuses to keep them all happy.
It is all about votes and Pak Lah knows it. Smaller government? Most unlikely - Same old ministers will be re-appointed. Old is new and new is old. Get them all hooked up and they will all keep quiet.
All docile and on leashes. Obedient servants. It is the BN way.
Then we preach to the world we have a very stable government, there is racial harmony, we work as a team blah, blah, blah and more blahs.
Many of the ministers are deadwood and from their performance should have been shown the exit long ago. Some have been too long in the cabinet and have run out of ideas.
It is time we not only downsize the ministerial portfolios but at the same time kick out those that are not performing. There is no rational reason to have so many ministers doing so few works.
They are a heavy burden to the taxpayers money. Pak lah should immediately put to pasture some of the ineffective and long serving ministers.
But not only we need academic excellent, but also charismatic, creative, sharp strategist with high self discipline and religious moral code of leaders, to maneuver Malaysia to its greatest.
They should learn some part of it from our southern neighbour.
Malay leaders in Malaysia like to see their folks contained in a chicken coop. They tell them that they are free and yet to be beholden to them as they are the ones providing them their feed.
They even believe that if they left the coup, they might be eaten up by the wily fox, and that they might otherwise starve to death.
The Singapore malays is in no illusions and they know they are out of the coop. They got to find their own nourishment and they got no leader throwing in the crumbs to them.
If they don't want to labour for their food, they can always go across the causeway and be given citizenship rights and take advantage of all the crumbs thrown at them. But most of them will not.
Of course the chicken shit from there have all long crossed over. But the rest have a little more dignity and stay on to show what they are really made up of.
I respect the Singapore malays for that. It does not matter that they have made a lot of wrong turns or that they have hardly a fighting chance. But they got more respect and dignity than their kinsfolk from over Malaysia here.
This is what half-past-six ministers that we have in Malaysia. Even comparison between Singapore malays and Malaysian Chinese, Singapore malays are never discriminated by their government based on equality.
I have so many Singapore malay friends from school mates, college mates to business partners. Penang malays would be so glad if they are treated like Singapore malays. Just ask the Singaporeans……….do they want to be back to Malaysia?
The problem with the Malaysia malays is their jealous attitude. If they are left behind, they will prevent others from moving ahead too! And sometimes even sabotaging others, and some resort the use to cast spell on others.
Not only the laid back malays are preventing their own people from being successful, but other races too. We too want the malays to be successful by creating value in the society so that everyone benefit but not by taxing the non-malays then give contracts to the malays, who will then deliver half-past-six service.
Change your own attitude first through value creation using your own tears and sweats!
As said before, had Malaysia been managed by Lee Kuan Yew and his colleagues for the past 40 years, Malaysia would have been much better off today, including all the malays! 95% would have owned a house and no such rampant corruption!

Majority of the Penang big government contracts is being awarded to the malay firms. What else you want! They get the same as other malays in Malaysia. The only different in Penang is, the Umno guys cannot tap the government fund into their own pocket, as other state Umno did. This is the main reason why they raised this issue.
Speaking without substances and distorting facts seems to be the good old habitual ways of Malaysia malays, which is probably inherited by their much loved masters, the "malay killers" - Umno.
To add to this, constant distorted facts with regards to the situational state of the Singapore malays remains among the commentators of Umno. It is hard not to see that some people really need to see the situation and know it firsthand before dishing out their empty vessel mentalities.
Anyways, good thing you be it Malay, Indian, Chinese in Singapore is open to competition, and cherish diversity. Not like the radical son of terrorist we can find many in Malaysia.
Most malays in Malaysia hate diversity and discontent to the minorities, especially the Chinese. In blog, radical malays can be either extreme or pretentiously diverse-minded. Very few is genuine.
I do admit there are lazy malays that depends on handouts, but this kind of malays will be phase out and this kind I would say hypocrite. They tend to claim they work hard to achieve success, in fact they relaying on government support. I myself despise this kind of human being.
Little do they realize this safety net is fast disappearing because the government is finding it increasingly difficult to maintain the system in the face of global challenges! But these handouts have become an addiction. Refuse the junkie and you get booted out of power.
It is the malays themselves that must come to realize the damaging side effects of the NEP. For someone who wants no better than to see his own race succeed, this must be painful.

Don't waste your breath. They BN steal the country blind, they strike deals amongst themselves so that all of them can stick their hands into the country's till, then they fight amongst themselves when one group doesn't get to steal as much as another group.
Then to divert attention, they blame the Chinese. The Chinese parties are told, "Hey, don't worry, all this is for show only, you can continue to feed off the crumbs from the table." and the circus continues.
They announce programs to help the poor, then they take them away through robberies like medicine labeling. They own private hospitals, so it is in their interests to let public hospitals deteriorate.
Make no mistake about it - the hardcore poor are still mainly from one race, and unfortunately they are being conned into voting these thieves back in at every election.
49 years of independence? It is more like 49 years of growing independence for Umno selfish and unilateral ambitions for one community. And 49 years of deterioration for the MCA and MIC into mere puppets in the BN.
MCA and MIC are no more effective in defending the rights of the minority communities in Malaysia, as they are easily overpowered and silenced by Umno every time there is am interracial issue.
A vote for MCA or MIC is effectively a vote for Umno. It is better for MCA and MIC to leave BN, in order to represent their communities more effectively.

At the beginning, Tunku had led us to the independence. But after that era, The Umno who inherited power from Tunku turned around and form the new breed of "colonial master".
In the name of various beautifully sounding policies. The new colonial master is more interested to channel goodies into its own exclusive elite members. Except for some miserable spillover, all really deserving poor irrespective of races hardly receive any thing.
The problem is most people think joining the opposition is a suicide and we should just become always contain and feed the lion and its herd so we might not be eaten.
Young educated Malaysians must now rise up and be responsible to our country before things go out of hand! If we can't criticise our government and they are always in a state of denial - change them - nothing to lose.
